Lisa Pasquariello-Bent is an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Registered Massage Therapist, graduating from Centennial College in 2004.
Working in clinical, sporting and rehabilitative settings, Lisa incorporates orthopedic testing into her assessments to help find the underlying cause of the client's concern(s) along with consideration of client's day-to-day activities. To help facilitate the path to optimal health, Lisa implements a variety of Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques as well as modalities such as Active Release Therapy, myofascial techniques and Manual Lymph Drainage.
Outside of her clinical setting, Lisa has been contracted with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2008. She spent five years as an Examiner for the Objectively Structured Clinical Evaluation's (OSCE) and has been a Peer Assessor for the Durham Region, since 2010.
Lisa's passion for the Massage Therapy profession not only focuses on hands-on treatments and providing guidance of regulations and legislation to other Massage Therapists, but also on giving back knowledge to where it all began. As a part-time teacher in the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College, Lisa's experience as a Lab Technician and Professor have been extremely rewarding for her.
